'Goblet Squats: I truly believe you should be master this before you approach a barbell. I know everyone wants to jump to back squats, front squats, learn how to do power cleans and all of that. Believe me I\'m all about it. But you gotta master the foundations first: 1. Screw your feet into the floor 2. Grab the kettlebell by the handles 3. Keep your elbows in tight (not flared out) 4. Brace your ribs down and skwaaaaat We teach the elbows down and so bring awareness to your upper body. You want to have your entire body tight. You aren\'t just dropping it low every squat. You need to be intentional with your feet, your rib cage, and your arms. This my friends... Is what prevents injury and allows you to move pain free for years on end. Catch you in the next one
